The MaM cloth pad range offers everything you need for a comfortable menstrual period - except back massage! The MaM pads are soft and gentle on your skin and allow airflow, which can help to prevent yeast problems and rash. The Mini pads are intended for the first and last days of a period and for cup users; Regular pads are for normal flow, Regular Plus for heavier flow and Maxi/Night for nights and the first week(s) of postpartum use. The trial set includes one of each pad and our beautiful moon purse is for carrying both clean and dirty pads along.
The MaM pads are carefully designed by Bettina Lindblom with the help of international fabric experts and dedicated product testers. The pads are made of the best possible materials: organic cotton interlock for ultimate comfort, the softest bamboo fleece for excellent absorbency and hygiene, a thin breathable and waterproof membrane for leakproof performance, organic woven cotton and a strip of polyester suede to really keep the pads in place. The MaM pads are all-in-ones, no pieces to assemble before or after wash, no elastics that get tangled in the wash or pockets that leak. They are both thin and absorbent, and the absorbent layers are positioned exactly where needed and sewn "step-wise" to prevent bumps in the pad ends. Machine wash in 60°C with cold prewash. Do not use bleach, whitening agents or fabric softeners. Use only half of the amount of detergent recommended. Rinsing your pads in cold water straight after use lessens the risk of staining. Sunlight works as a natural sanitizer - hang your pads outside to line dry; it also works as a mild bleach of light fabrics.

Getting enough sleep helps you stay healthy and alert. A soft futon, exercise, a warm bath before going to bed and learning to relax helps to give you a good nights sleep. Being comfortable during your menstrual period is also important. The MaM Maxi/Night has a generous cut in the back part to prevent leaks and the special stay-in-place strip really helps to keep the pad in place.
